We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets. 

Job Description:

We are seeking an CTV Ad Operations Specialist, who will focus on optimising the value of our CTV supply partners through effective yield management. This role includes the account management of key CTV supply partners, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in the CTV advertising and media industry, with a particular emphasis on programmatic buying, account management, and yield management.

Reporting to our VP Advertising you will work closely with our ad operations and CTV supply team focussing on revenue targets and providing value to key supply partners

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage yield management strategies to maximise the ROI of CTV supply partners.
  • Act as the key point of contact for CTV supply partners, managing their accounts, addressing their issues and concerns, and fostering a positive relationship.
  • Work closely with CTV supply partners to maximise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure the delivery of campaigns meets client KPIs and goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimisation of ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CTV Ad Operations or a similar role, including account management and yield management.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying and real-time bidding (RTB) processes.
  • Proficiency in using CTV ad serving platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with key CTV partners.
